BREAKFAST PACKAGE

Give your team a boost as a thank you or treat your customers at your trade open day with our Breakfast package.

Our fresh bacon and sausage baps washed down with a hot tea or coffee are a perfect start to anyone’s day.

BUFFET PACKAGE

This package is perfect for lunch time corporate meetings or events and can be prepared off site and delivered at an agreed time to keep your working day on track.

Included in our cold buffet package is:

An assortment of filled sandwiches (Cheese/Ham/Chicken Mayo) with salad garnish
Homemade Sausage rolls
Homemade Cheese straws
Veg Sticks and dips
Fruit selection
Homemade Chocolate Brownie Bites
Homemade Lemon Drizzle Bites

Vegan alternatives are also available.

A selection of canapes is also available to be added to your buffet.

This would be prepared off site and delivered in recyclable boxes which can be laid out for service. Plates and napkins are also included.

HOG ROAST

Hog roasting is a fantastic, cost-effective way to entertain and cater for your guests in spectacular fashion. The amazing aroma of succulent roasting pork and the mouth-watering crackling are hard to beat.

We always cook our pork from scratch onsite in our event gazebo. We then serve the fresh pulled meat from hot chafing dishes or a bain-marie. Together with the golden crackling, stuffing and apple sauce the flavours will impress your clients no end!

Please note : To cook fresh on site we look to arrive 7-9 hours before your service time, depending on your event size. For example, for service at 1pm we would be arriving between 4am and 6am or for service at 6pm we would be arriving between 9am and 11am. This allows us time to discuss the layout of the venue with you, get our equipment set up and cook the hog roast low and slow for the best flavours.

CHRISTMAS

Our Turkey carvery is the perfect meal for a staff Christmas party! Be it a lunch time treat or a full on party with a disco let your team know how much you appreciate them with a mouth watering roast dinner with all the trimmings.

We love Christmas here at Hoggies so we enjoy going “all out” when catering a festive party! We will have the tinsel and decorations out as well as our Christmas jumpers and sometimes even a Santa hat!

We can also add on mini mince pies and chocolate brownie bites to finish off the meal with a sweet treat!

CANAPÉS

Get the conversation going at your corporate event with our attentive staff circulating delicious nibbles to your clients from rustic wooden boards.

You've got the meal sorted with one of our bespoke packages but guests will be mingling for a few hours before the main food service. Select our scrummy canapes to keep them going and get them prepared for a feast later on!
