HOGGIES HOG ROASTS

Hog roasting is a fantastic, cost-effective way to entertain and cater for your guests in spectacular fashion. The amazing aroma of succulent roasting pork and the mouth-watering crackling are hard to beat.

We always cook our pork from scratch onsite in our event gazebo. We then serve the fresh pulled meat from hot chafing dishes or a bain-marie. Together with the golden crackling, stuffing, apple sauce and any side options added.

Please note : To cook fresh on site we look to arrive 7-9 hours before your service time, depending on your party size. For example, for service at 1pm we would be arriving between 4am and 6am or for service at 6pm we would be arriving between 9am and 11am. This allows us time to discuss the layout of the venue with you, get our equipment set up and cook the hog roast low and slow for the best flavours.
